JOB OBJECTIVE (S)

DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, manage and service all channels, sale outlets and reseller modules.
You will propose the viability of prospective, new and existing markets.
Ensuring that sales is made and products delivered to appropriate clients at all times.
You will also be responsible for creating new channels based on the stipulated target.
Ensuring that your subordinates are effectively managed and their performance targets are ALWAYS met and exceeded.
Diverting potential clients and customers to the stores, website and all sale outlets
Establishing new business ties, relationship and opportunities.
Pursuing and closing deals in the company’s secondary market space (corporate/ bulk orders).
You’re expected to build and manage a sales team that will meet and exceed sales target.
Take responsibility for the welfare of sales representatives, resellers, channels and all individuals that make up your sales team.
Take responsibility for ALL the stores and ALL sales channels.
You’re expected to derive full value from, and close ALL deals opened by the Company’s marketing effort.
Demonstrate experience of face-to-face sales and closing large profile orders.
Be able to demonstrate a significant level of achievement against ambitious financial targets and sustained growth.
Possess contagious energy, passion and enthusiasm to lead by example.
Possess knowledge of sales, the Nigerian terrain and be able to leverage and maintain key contacts in the industry.
Build an effective and reliable customer feedback and database system where remarks and views of customers are collected and archived, also contact details and personal information of our most faithful and loyal customers is captured to enable appreciation/ reward schemes.
Always log your tasks and weekly movement at the beginning of the week using the instructed tool – ASANA
Develop a sales pipeline at the beginning of each week to show your expected movement for the week and expected income from your moves. This sales pipeline will be the PRIMARY basis for performance measurement.
