National Sales Manager
Ensure quality, effective and efficient monetary conversions of all Banner advert spaces on the site
Work with Digital Marketing Team to drive growth and profitability via building Traffic sources and having good conversions as well as create a Top of the Mind awareness of the firm’s brand online
The role holder will work with the National Sales Manager and Digital Marketing Team to ensure that we maximize on our free and paid traffic sources.
Purpose of Role
Responsible for generating more business relationship with Ad/Media Agencies and Corporate Companies.To support the design and implementation of Brand and Marketing strategies in order to achieve targeted profit objectives.
Top 10 Accountabilities
Formulate, direct and coordinate digital marketing activities and policies to promote services, working with advertising and promotion agency where applicable
Identify, develop, or evaluate digital marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost with the aim of improving key traffic indices.
Lead all aspects of banner advertising and partnership sales to ensure that monthly and annual sales goals are exceeded
Work independently to generate new prospects and effectively manage existing relationships to generate revenue.
Balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with marketing teams to plan and execute initiatives to drive traffic to the web
Ability to expand relationships and increase revenue by identifying new revenue growth opportunities.
Analyze & optimize client campaigns to ensure goals are achieved
Initiate market research studies and analyse findings.
Ability to work well in a team environment and work effectively with the Marketing team to ensure success of campaigns, partnerships and sponsorships
Qualifications and Experience Required
Graduate with strong interpersonal skills to build good working relationships.
Knowledge of Analytics tools such as Google Analytics would be an added advantage as well as Google Ad words.
Excellent Selling skills
Cognate Google Certifications would also be an added advantage as well.
Good planner, Self –starter and committed to results
Good communication and presentation skills
Business acumen, confident, enthusiastic and persuasive
Attention to details
Good Project Management Skill
Superior client service skills and creativity to build rapport
